What a day!

A long wait to lunchtime for my psychotherapist appt. I was so nervous as I didn't know what we would be talking about. It was hard , really hard at times. Came away with lots of emotions and thoughts. A friend met me and we had coffee which was good.

After I went along to S & K's for tea. Lewis was in a great mood and he practised some of his judo moves on me, both ending in me on the floor! Harris was as crazy as ever, a loveable rogue!
