The regeneration game

West Dunbartonshire Council’s new Dumbarton office, a part of which I blipped a few weeks ago, has been named the best regeneration project in Britain in the RICS Awards.
 
So it seemed timely to stop off on the way home tonight for a blip opportunity; this is a view of the Grade A listed façade.
