Off to work

This is the only picture I've taken today. On account of BCAM, G's school had a "pink" day today and this is G's offering for wearing pink. SweetArt sent this wig seven years ago, just after G finished radiotherapy and it still looks new. I think she caused a bit of a stir in school as no-one there has seen her do anything like this before.

G had a really short day today. Just as well, as the wig was very itchy! We tried manakeesh - a pizza-type local snack. The car is still not ready to come back. We got to Awana early because it had to be held in a new venue. I have to say, I like it much better than our regular place. Firstly, I could get the car valet parked. Secondly, they gave us a trolley to carry all the things we took - guitar, books, t-shirts and equipment. The room had tables with tablecloths and all the A/v you would want, except we don't use any of that. They even provided bottled water! We had a new helper, so there were four adults looking after eighteen sassy and hyper kids.

It was good to get home!
