Basking.....

....in just a little sun, a lovely red rhododendron nearly ready to burst forth! 

It remains unnamed as it was here when hubby and I purchased the section some 25 years ago. From a small shrub it's grown into a mature tree producing plenty of big red flowers during spring. I always enjoy looking out at the red flowers against the green of our evergreen trees. It was also R's favourite tree......it's a keeper.

Thursday......mostly cloudy with pockets of sun, 20C and calm, great for my eyes! I weeded in the shade, slowly the garden is coming together.
