Rainbows

I’ve done loads of different things today but my hip hurts and I don’t want to be like an old lady with bad hips. Given that both my mother and her mother had hip replacements, genetics aren’t on my side but still ... I don’t actually know whether I’m supposed to continue through the pain, like I did today, or rest up. Need more ibuprofen.

House is still like Piccadilly Circus.
