Spider makes her yearly appearance

Have been fighting a headache today, but did manage to put up the Halloween decorations. This one is on the stairway outside our door. I let the elderly neighbor know so that he wouldn't get a nasty shock walking by.. felt a little odd doing so, but want to avoid any scares on his part.
