The Forth Bridge

The second opportunity I've had to photograph this wonderful structure*. This time from the old ferry pier at North Queensferry. I recall going with my grandparents on one of the very last car ferry crossings before the Forth Road Bridge was opened on September 4th 1964, and that ferry would have landed at the pier at North Queensferry.

*The last was on November 24th last year.
