Old Jetty
Laboured through the mud and dead leaves in the murk of the morning, trying to blow away the cobwebs riding the Clydebank loop. Here, pausing near the Yoker-Renfrew Ferry looking upriver. I'm still amazed at how mild the temperatures are for this time of year - like a late summer evening.
In Maryhill I came to a road junction and tried to balance on my left foot, but my laces were snagged in the pedal and I tumbled into an ungainly man-bike heap. Many thanks to the kindly gent who hurried over to untangle me without laughing.
