Ursa Minor

You'll remember I posted Polaris a few weeks ago with a question asking if anyone knew why it was embedded in the pavement. Well this is only a few yards away, un- noticed before. So the guess is as the district has Atlantic and Pacific quay names the Polaris, aka the Pole Star, and Ursa Minor references are connected with marine navigation.
