Flat Oot!

On the red eye this morning! Met an ex-colleague, in fact bumping into quite a few of late! Not seen anyone for 10 years and then I bump into 6 in the last 3 weeks! We all worked together for years, but were scattered around when the company closed!

Spent the day in Northampton but was home at a decent time! Took Lady for a wee 3 mile run! She's put on a bit weight now that she's been spayed! Happens to the best of us!

Poor beast I think it was too much!!!!
