Going down?

Taken from the scenic lift in the shopping centre in Hemel Hempstead today.

On my way to visit the O2 shop to try to get my dongle sorted.

They have done all they can and now, if it is not working within 24 hrs, it is an Apple problem. May be cheaper just to buy another one than travel to an Apple store to get them to look at it.

But I did get some good news on my iPhone upgrade. So not a wasted journey.

And they were very helpful.
