Appraisal Hell

After a hard days toil at the coal face its time for the annual overly beauracratic process that is my annual appraisal. This takes hours and hours and is a big downer at this time of year. It was all brought in on the back of Doc Shipman - the worrying thing is he'd probably have sailed through.
