Parsnip Soup

The last of this years Parsnips. Diced, roast with onions, garlic and other spices, mashed to hell in the food processor with added vegetable stock (cheated, I used stock cubes) and reheated. Served with a squirt of lemon and thick sliced buttered bread. Very nice. This is whats left, cooling down to bag up and freeze for another day.
