Autumn leaves

The darkest morning yet - and pouring! I managed to squeeze in a walk at Xwaaqw'um and avoided getting wet. I've been remiss in not using the traditional name for Burgoyne and will from now on. 
Here's a short video of the unveiling of the cedar welcome poles where you can hear the pronunciation of Xwaaqw'um around the 50 sec. point. I know the speaker and many members of his family well and have attended several ceremonies in the Big House that involved the family. I was at this unveiling ceremony too. I wonder if the couple of blippers I've met will spot me.  :-))
