escaped the snails

This sunflower managed to grow and flower, even if a bit bedraggledly, without being eaten by the snails.
It wasn't as wet as expected today and after I'd been out to pick fruit and veg I did a little bit of tidying up until the drizzle became harder.
The sun came out mid-afternoon but unfortunately we had more rain during our evening run.
