Brighter (Day 1614)

The morning woofer wander was fairly unpleasant in very strong winds. The drive through to the bathroom re-fit a bit later was definitely a two hands on the steering wheel job.
I spent a fair while getting the setting out for the wall tiles sorted out, taking into account the floor tiles too. By the time I was ready to mix up the first batch of adhesive it was well after 11am.
The rest of the day was spent tiling, with a very short break for lunch, but good progress has been made and the customer is happy. it is my first bit of tiling for a long while and it looks pretty good.
On the way home I detoured to Dounby to have a look at a leak, which turned out to be a split washing machine supply hose. The view across to Hoy on the way back from Dounby was worth snapping.
When I got home,   my beautiful wife informed me we were going out for dinner, which was a remarkably good idea.
