Shadows

A grey chilly day!  I had a phone conversation this morning with a lady who is researching views around privacy and security of health apps, in this case relating to asthma. It took around an hour and she said it was useful. She asked some interesting questions. 

Swimming and errands this afternoon and the winter England rugby beanie hat was called for as it was grey and chilly.

The soup maker is also back out, and today’s offering is parsnip and apple soup with honey.  With very little sunshine not too many shadows, but the soup and bread made some shadows.
