Having recently gone back to the Paul McKenna way of eating I have managed to lose one and a half stone (that's 21 POUNDS! 42 packets of butter! That's actually quite a lot!)
His premis is very straightforward :
1. Eat when you are truly hungry
2. Eat what you WANT to eat, not what you think you SHOULD.
3. Enjoy every mouthful.
4. Stop when you have had enough.
It really does work.
I didn't have very much to eat at dinner time ... some noodles, some well cooked/cremated chicken and a small piece of Christmas cake.
I was feeling peckish so I thought I would crack open my little bag of Lindor, my favouristist sweeties ever. I took 3 out of the bag and put the rest away.
I ate one .... mmmmmm.
I went and took photos and ate another one, still nice but not quite so mmmmm.
Ate the third one and decided that I didn't actually enjoy it that much and had to have a good drink of water to get the claggy taste out of my mouth!!!
In the past I could have eaten the whole packet. No problem.
