Objective Attained

Yesterday I said I had some good news and that it might be today's blip. It is. Yesterday, I actually surpassed the 65 kg target for the diet which I began about ten weeks ago. The scales reached 64.6 kg yesterday but, as you can see, they were still on target today. I'm going to keep following the diet because I don't want my weight to go up again. I am very pleased with this because I no longer see a pot bellied man in the mirror; it is now much flatter and now I shall work on removing the love handles at the side.

Apologies for the ugly feet, especially the gnarly toenails on the left foot. They are what are generally recognised as properly ugly runners' feet.
