Out of the starting blocks

We’ve moved her in. Her room is actually really titchy (the photo has that misleading estate-agent quality) but it’s all started.

She’s starting her 3 years studying law.
I’m starting my 1 year of just 2 boys at home.

We’re both a little nervous, mixed with the excitement of what’s ahead for her.

Elbows, NoaNoa, MightyMouse and I helped her unpack and decorate her room and then we went out for a very late lunch. We left her at about 4pm and since then, she’s eaten cake in a corridor, had an audition for a play that she signed up for online, been to Eden church and now out for the evening.

She’s out of the starting blocks at her normal pace.


And I’m going to miss her enormously. She’s lovely.
