Cozy Corners

Today has been about getting ready for the Action team we're picking up from Lisbon tomorrow. Ana is still working on getting the house cozy for them, it's full of thoughtful and creative touches. They have a double bedroom each, all of which have an old fashioned Alentejo theme: sewing, baking, agriculture, guest house, all uses that the house has had in its time... it was her grandmother's house, and where her mother was born; she's kept the feel, while putting in more modern facilities. 

We also went to church, where we heard the new Padre for the first time - very different from Luís, Brazilian and very animated, think he might go down well, but will take some getting used to.

Gratefuls:
- getting a language teacher sorted for the team, who seems very good, and refuses to be paid...
- my older two checking that I wasn't too sad after Julia leaving, so kind
- being in church again, and feeling welcomed back
