Mindfulness is described as: "paying attention in a particular way; On purpose, in the present moment, and non- judgmentally." by Jon Kabat-Zin who wrote a lot and created a program in the 70s (I think) based on mindfulness as a way to help sick people.

If you follow my blips you'll know I try to practice mindfulness. My task, for the next week, is to mindfully, non judgementally, fold tinfoil. No criticising for the creases etc, just fold.

As you can see...I've not done that well on the folding tonight!
