fungi foray

A very wet and autumnal day. We joined the Fungi Foray in Newington Cemetery to see what's growing. In spite of the rain there were quite a few people. And we were very successful: we found lots of weird and wonderful fungi, in particular there were lots and lots of earthstars puffing away. Otherwise a very quiet day.
