Puppets on parade

We went to Skipton this morning and bumped into the annual Skipton International Puppet Festival. 
A bunch of colourful characters and their puppets from far and wide had come to Skipton for exhibitions, workshops and performances for all ages. It is a 3 day event which culminated with a lunchtime parade along the main street. 
For a change, we had no rain!
