Little Moreton Hall
We are having a week in the Lake District and travelled up today.
On the way we called in at Little Moreton Hall, a National Trust property in Cheshire, near Congleton. The house is very old, building started in the early 1500s. It is a timber frame building with plaster infills, nothing is level or upright so an interesting walk around the three floors. A long story about the owners and their loyalty to the monarchy.
