Draining

I was keen to try and capture some of autumn's changing colours and I'd like to do more of this.  The rain dictated the shot needed to be taken quickly ...  the obvious thing would have been to take the leaf inside, maybe later.

I then realised that this marked 7 years of blipping - I'll leave thoughts of metaphors to others.  Thanks to all who stop by, everyone I visit - some opportunistically, some fleetingly, some regularly and all who make this a great community.  Who knows what the future might bring?
