Buzzing

The library was part of the nationwide Fun Palace event today .

I did a taster session for tai chi and then had a wander around looking at what else was going on. It was fantastic, everything from origami to football , dungeons and dragons to massage. Loads of people of all ages trying out things they had no idea happened in Orkney. Fantastic atmosphere everyone smiling. The staff deserve a huge pat on the back for pulling it all together.

I loved how the guy in the left of this pic looks like he is totally fascinated by the Yap & Yarn group on the sofas but I suspect he was actually watching the kickboxing session going on behind them.
