More Work in the Garden

We managed to return the dud today. I very carefully told the guy at the store that there was something wrong with the chainsaw and he immediately said he would take it and give us a credit - unheard of. I am sure he knew from the start there was something wrong with it. In any case I learnt a lesson, never buy something that looks like it has been returned once. Anyway, we got our money back and that was at least good. I did some small repair work and we hauled all the cut off branches into one pile in front of the house. Hopefully we can get someone to come and take it away. It was a huge pile.
We also had our hair cut this morning. It was such a busy day that I didn't remember to take photos, this was practically the only one today.
Interestingly enough it rained a lot during the night, but already at eleven o'clock one could not see any trace of the rain.
