Lotus, Flowers

A bit of a feet-up day, though more exciting in the evening.  I spent the morning watching rugby, well done England, and this afternoon reading the paper and watching tennis.

Things livened up this evening when we went out to see our friends Jo and James in Evesham.  We went to a local restaurant, the Thai Lotus and had a really nice meal, vegetable tempura starter followed by Thai green curry and rice, washed down with a bottle of Singha beer.  A really nice evening.

I took this photo of some flowers we have in the lounge before we went out as I thought it would be a suitable candidate for Hobbs' October Colour Blitz.
