Into The Green

Boosted by Thursdays run and a good nights sleep, I was quite up for a run whilst C was at gym this morning. A catch up with a friend as we ran up to St Ives and through the park and back to Bingley. A quick visit to Aldi when I'd collected C, then home for a couple of hours if cooking and refuelling.

A dry and relatively mild afternoon tempted C and I out for a paddle on the canal, collecting discarded plastic bottles along the way. We must remember a spare bag next time.
