High tide at Richmond

There were problems with the trains home this evening so instead went to Richmond and walked home. The tide was coming in quick and when I crossed the river I got stuck by the water coming over the road and was going to have to paddle but a woman kindly stopped in a car and gave me a lift. It was only a couple of 2 yards but saved me a big detour and kept my feet dry.
