Wonderful sunrise

From 6.48 to 7.25 today. The dark extra was taken first, too dark really, but that's how it looked.  Had new Physio therapist, who has made an improvement on my back and sciatica, but very uncomfortable still ,being told I've not grieved enough, which is not helping with the stress.  Watching as many weepy films as I can just now. Think Karen is having a similar delayed reaction just now.  Struggle on.  Have a good weekend all. xxxx
