Chase on the Case

I watched Watson while Steph helped at Gus’ preschool this morning. In the course of about twenty minutes he had on five different dress up outfits. He was Batman, a fireman, a ghost, a construction worker, and finally Chase from Paw Patrol. (Only young moms and grandparents know the Paw Patrol characters!)
Raising girls was so different from what I’m experiencing now. I never knew a bulldozer from an excavator until now. I knew nothing about Star Wars characters. My world has widened since the days of Cabbage Patch dolls and My Little Ponies!
Grateful for...an afternoon of solitude. I love my time with the boys, but it’s exhausting.
