Postcard from Christchurch..

.. On a Early Walk Through the Botanic Gardens

I had a early start to the day as I had  a hospital appointment at 9am. With living in a area of heavy traffic at that time of day I left at 7:30 am. I was so luckily not to get stuck in traffic which has happened before and made it to the Botanic gardens well in time, for a half hour walk to the hospital. So took my time taking lots of shots on the way.

I had a two and half hour wait to be seen.. I think I got forgotten as other people were seen before me and I had the first appointment. Because the Specialist was running late I only got to see the house surgeon. I will say no more about her... except she needs to brush up on her manner!

Most of the Daffodils were just about finished flowering along with the blossom trees and Magnolias. Still lots of other Spring flowers were out.
