Togetherness

Sometimes these two do their own thing. At other times they appear synchronized. They often eat at the same time and they have a double bowl so they can eat side by side. 

Tonight they appeared in Mum's lounge shoulder to shoulder. Oscar crunched while Daisy lapped. They like their water in a big jug not in a bowl. I called them and they deigned to look up for a moment.

I've been at home all day. There have been numerous calls and contacts about the festival. It's been a dreich day too.

Tomorrow the forecast is for dry weather but colder. The Met Office have issued a yellow warning for Sunday due to very heavy rain. Rapid plans for changing the route have been instituted with an emergency meeting in the Comrades Club for some committee members and leaders tonight.

My walk numbers for tomorrow are down to half. It's a Special Interest walk to, but we will have to make the most of it.
