Another nice sunrise walk to work.
Later I did a bit more painting and then went to the care home for a support group meeting. I did not really learn anything new from the speaker but it is good to show willing. I popped in to see Jeanie too, she was in bed, and is so frail, nightmarishly thin.
Very tired by the time I got home, and I got wet twice over.
