5 rise locks

We broke our journey to Hebden Bridge at Bingley on the Leeds to Liverpool canal.

The canal is over 125 miles long, and it has 91 locks as it traverses the Pennines.

The 5 rise locks are quite a sight! Well worth a visit...and there is a 3 rise lock nearby, too!

We are staying the night with Tam & Jim in Hebden Bridge before we fly to Croatia tomorrow morning! ( 5 nights in Split then 3 nights in Dubrovnik)
