First bloom

At last ...... a tiny hint of spring ....... my primrose has it's first flower! A little ray of hope on an otherwise grey day.

I have treated myself! I have just ordered a new 'toy'! I have been saving up so that I could get a proper macro lens ...... done research & the one I've ordered is supposed to be exactly what I need ....... I hope! Can hardly bear to wait :-)
