Today has been awful. I am.not coping with all the new things happening.
My cpn recommended a mental health information station to collect information. Picked up some leaflets. Spoke to a lady from an organisation, where the tears started just talking. I can't cope with all this.

This little sign was in the grounds. Don't know where my place is at the moment. All over the place.
