Playing in Puddles

Well today I've had the pleasure of going to the dentist for a filling and then went to have a blood test - a lovely day off!

As my dentist is in Hove and my appointment wasn't until 11am, I arranged to meet Jen before, for a hot chocolate and a catch up, and as low tide was at 9am I set out a bit earlier so I could go down to the beach first.  When I parked up I spotted this puddle, so crouched down to get a few reflection shots which I'm quite pleased with.

Jen and I sat and chatted for about an hour and a half, and then I headed off to the dentist.  It's the first time I've had anything done by this dentist, but he was excellent and I didn't feel a thing.  I then went to get my bloods done and luckily as it was lunch time, it wasn't very busy so I was in and out.

My next job was the food shop and then once I was home and the shopping was put it away, I took the boys out for a walk.  Tonight I've been to zumba - it was a great class, and Frederico our instructor actually used some of the music from when I used to go to zumba in Belgium, so it brought back nice memories.

Anyway, on that note, It's bedtime so I'll say goodnight.
