Penicuik ' s hanging baskets.

I was told that I should see Penicuik's hanging baskets,as these had been paid for by the retailer s and not the local council.As I had to go there again, I had a look at them There were two sets , above the flower beds , sadly, not in good condition.However,one of the beds was reasonable,so I recorded it with it's hanging baskets.
