The Piece Hall

THURSDAY

It's been a crazy day at work today due to a gas alarm system going a little bit haywire. It was deafening and wouldn't silence. My work plan for the morning went to the wall and any hope of an early finish this afternoon soon evaporated. Fortunately a couple of strokes of good luck was on my side in getting a temporary fix.

Tomorrow's appointments have also been rearranged to accommodate a specialist  engineer's visit.

A trip to the podiatrist after work took me into Halifax which always means an obligatory blip of the Piece Hall.

A frost this morning and a relatively cold day. Winter coat on this evening.
