Why Female Bouquetin have Horns

She was so enjoying this back scratch. One of a group of 10 mothers with their little ones (few more in extras). A quick dash up the Roc d'Orsay this morning, spotting a dozen black grouse (another extra) on the way to the ridges where the bouquetin often hang out on the sunny slopes when there are no tourists around.
