Death stalks the workplace

I work from home most days and have an office/study for that purpose. My daughter gave me a poinsettia to liven the place up in the run up to Xmas. I looked over at it today and spotted death lurking amongst the foliage. Presumably the poinsettia's days are numbered.

Death is one of several charcaters who adorn my windowsill. I like to keep an eye on him. That way he can't creep up on me unexpectedly :-)
