The Far Eastern Fells

My Bug finally started to clear today, but has left me with acute pains in my lumbar spine.

Still, I'm off to Fern Howe to run the first of my 4 Autumn Workshops this year - it's full, so should be a cracking week.

As I drove towards Shap- the views of the Far Eastern Fells was pretty special.
