Its all a load of bullocks......
Rain last night , a frost this morning followed by a sunny, chilly autumn day.
Went next door to help wee brother bring in 80 bullocks from the field to the shed for the winter. 79 went into the shed, B6 here decided he had other ideas. He is a big petted lump and would not go in the door. We let a cow and calf out with him, tried piles of feeding inside the door but he wasn’t for going in. Eventually had to walk him round to the door on the far side of the shed and he went in. It wouldn’t have been so bad but he was in there all last winter as a calf and should know where he is going .
A load of feed blocks arrived while this was going on just to add to the fun.
An afternoon on the slurry tanker again. Another thing to annoy me was in between me leaving the field and coming back with the next load some clown had been along the road and chucked out all their McDonalds wrappers . Stopped to pick it all up while hoping they choked on their last chip. Grr.
