Reading on the beach. Why not? 

Had a stroll along the prom, grabbing a take away coffee.

I have so many things happening all of a sudden, classes, therapy, doctors and I am really struggling dealing with it all. 
Last night was bad. I self harmed and couldn't get it to stop bleeding. Eventually it did and I put butterfly stitches on and a bandage to cover. It's still bleeding, very slowly but  I can see it under the bandage.
