Wall Art Dereliction

I've driven past this derelict building a number of times  and thught I must blip the art that has been added to the white wall.

Taking a bit of a chance when I didn't know the meaning of the surroundung words.  But it appears to be along the lines of - we are leaving behind this shitty/crap world!
