Foodie for life

Yep. I'm a definite foodie. Just heard the term.. It means a food enthusiast, sort of in a way of hedony. I love this.

I made beef cutlets with my own marinade for dinner yesterday with green beans, fresh cole salad (Kati's cole salad: grated carrots, cole cut into small pieces, pecan nuts roasted and cut, chives, and brie), with a lemon vinaigrette and a roasted portobello mushroom with some thyme as a deco.

Yummy!
