Tokyo

I arrived to Tokyo this morning at about 9 am.

I didn't sleep much on the plane, so I have been rather tired today, but luckily I have been too busy to feel it. 

Asako picked me up in the airport and took me to the Hachikō Statue


Hachikō was an Akita dog, who came to Shibuya Station every day to meet his master, a professor, returning from work. After the professor died in 1925, Hachikō continued to come to the station daily until his own death nearly 10 years later.

We then went to very high building to enjoy the view of Tokyo from above. 

We had lunch and then Asako took me to see this Robot Show. It was amazing! Robots and people singing, dancing and performing. It was loud, it was colourful and it was simple magnificent. WOW!

Now I am in my hotel in Urawa. I just had a shower - it was so so good - and soon Asako will come and take me out for dinner.
